ONLINE COACHING

So, what is online coaching?  In a nutshell online coaching is when you receive your fitness and nutritional advice from a coach via the net usually through apps, messenger, video chat, and calls.

#OnlineCoaching with SquatNLift will give you access to weekly updated workout routines and nutritional plans that are tailored towards your individual goals.

If you are worried about being able to stick to a plan then fear not my Strong friends.  We provide ongoing 24/7 support with access to me as your coach throughout your experience.  You can send me a message, book in for weekly calls to keep you accountable to your goals just as you would with a Personal Trainer face to face.

You will also become a part of a community who care about you and your progress.  We all thrive together.  And we all champion each other to become the best version of ourselves.

My Journey So Far...

{Here is my journey so far.  I'm looking forward to sharing this journey with you!}

My passion for strength training was discovered after I qualified as a Personal Trainer.  I've always been dedicated to pushing myself to become better as a fighter, as a boxer.  In 2017, I had a massive setback with my mental health and I struggled with severe depression and anxiety for several months while working full time, training to compete in boxing and studying like crazy to complete my certification.  

In my recovery I started using food as a tool to deal with my stress.  And with very limited motivation to go and train or do anything -- this caused me to gain weight rapidly.  I felt insecure, worried about my body image and decided to dig deep - to find a way to recover and come back fighting stronger than ever. 

My own SquatNLift program was created to help me challenge myself, to spark that passion back into fitness and to try something out of my comfort zone.  I would squat every day with a barbell for a month.  While I was grinding through my own program, feeling challenged and awesome for realising that I could do whatever I put my mind too I was blown away with the results not just in my body but within my mindset too.

That's why I want to share my training principles with you today.  This program has 100% transformed my mindset and my body. 


It's my mission to get a barbell in every ones hands.  I'll teach you from the ground up - proper form and technique, how to lift for your body type and goals so that you can become the confident bad ass you are meant to be.
