Wanting to lose weight and eat better are great goals to have…. 😋🧐
But, here is the problem. 😏😕
If you are trying to change your body because you hate it…. Your relationship with yourself and those around you will always be tough and so you will constantly be stuck in this neverending cycle. 😭😤😳😱😔
❌ You can’t hate your body to get a better body. 😏
❌ You can’t hate yourself enough to make those changes.
Cos when you do attempt to make changes… think of all the times you have tried AND failed.
You go a few days maybe a few weeks if you are lucky. 😩
But when times get tough you givin to temptations around you.
Then the harsh reality is you feel that overwhelming feeling of guilt and disgust …
And so the cycle begins again. ♻️
Would you agree that emotions are a massive factor behind binging? ⚠️
You wanna binge when you feel happy, you wanna binge when you feel sad, or bored or lonely or depressed? 😏😳😰🥺😎😍😡
And you feel guilty every time you give in. 😳
If you want to break this cycle then listen up…
➡️ Learn to forgive yourself.
➡️ Learn to love your body enough to want to eat healthier (buuuut still accept that some days if it means being able to spend time with loved ones eating out every so often do it!)
➡️ Learn to appreciate what your body can do so that you want to stay active and physically healthy.
➡️ Changes are easy to sustain when you are supportive of yourself. You expect your friends and family to cheer you on so why not learn to become your biggest cheerleader.
You can’t transform your fitness and your body without doing the inner work first. 😋
